# How to connect

> How to connect the Mobon v3 data source to Adriel: enter Mobon API Center credentials, name the data source, and submit.

Mobon v3 is the current-generation connector for Mobon, a Korean display advertising platform for banner, native, and rich-media buys across the Mobon ad network. Connecting it brings impressions, clicks, spend, conversions, sales, and ROAS (reported in KRW) into Adriel dashboards, with overall, mobile-only, and web-only variants for each performance metric.

## Before you connect

The following are required:

* A Mobon account with access to the [Mobon API Center](https://api-center.mobon.net/), where the connection authenticates.
* The account **ID** and **Password** used to sign in to the Mobon API Center. These credentials mint the access token that Adriel refreshes automatically.
* API access enabled on the Mobon account. If Mobon requires an allowlist for API traffic, ask Mobon to whitelist Adriel's outbound addresses before connecting.

## Connect Mobon v3

    On the **Data Sources** page, search for **Mobon v3** and select it. Enter the Mobon API Center **ID** and **Password** for the account to connect.

    Enter a **Name** for the data source. Any identifiable name works — it labels the connection inside Adriel.

  <Step title="Submit">
    Click **Submit** to complete the connection. The initial sync runs in the background and back-fills historic daily data going back up to five years; data typically appears within one business day.

## What gets imported

The connector imports Mobon display-ads performance — spend, CPC, CPA, impressions, clicks, click rate, conversions, sales, and ROAS — with each metric available as an overall total plus separate mobile-only and web-only variants, alongside campaign and KPI metadata. Data refreshes every five hours across the latest 30 days.

## Troubleshooting

    The connection could not authenticate with the Mobon API Center. Confirm the **ID** and **Password** match a valid Mobon account, then reconnect with the corrected credentials.

  <Accordion title="Connection blocked by IP allowlist">
    Mobon may require Adriel's outbound IP addresses to be whitelisted before API traffic is accepted. If the connection is rejected despite valid credentials, ask Mobon to enable API access and add Adriel's addresses to the allowlist.

  <Accordion title="Recent changes are not reflected yet">
    Mobon v3 uses a daily cache that refreshes the latest 30 days every five hours. Changes to older historical data will not appear until the next full refresh cycle.
