# How to connect

> How to connect the Moloco data source to Adriel: enter Moloco account credentials, choose ad accounts, and verify campaign performance.

Moloco is a programmatic mobile and CTV advertising platform focused on user acquisition and retargeting for app advertisers. Connecting it pulls daily campaign performance into Adriel dashboards, so Moloco activity can be compared alongside other programmatic platforms.

## Before you connect

The following are required:

* A Moloco Campaign Manager account.
* The email and password used to sign in to the Moloco account.
* The Moloco Workplace ID (found in Moloco Campaign Manager under **Workplace settings** > **Information**).

## Connect Moloco

  <Step title="Find the Moloco Workplace ID">
    Sign in to Moloco Campaign Manager. Click **Profile** at the upper-left corner of the screen, then navigate to **Workplace settings** > **Information** to find the Workplace ID.

  <Step title="Enter Moloco credentials">
    On the **Data Sources** page, search for **Moloco** and select it. Fill in the required fields:

    * **Email**: the email address used to sign in to the Moloco account.
    * **Password**: the password for the Moloco account.
    * **Workplace Id**: the Workplace ID found in the previous step.

  <Step title="Select ad accounts">
    Choose the ad account or accounts to connect to the dashboard, then click **Apply** to proceed.

  <Step title="Submit">
    Click **Submit** to complete the connection. Initial data availability can take up to one business day.

## What gets imported

The connector imports daily campaign performance across the Moloco hierarchy (ad account, campaign, ad set, ad), including impressions, clicks, spend, and video engagement metrics.

## Troubleshooting

    Workplace IDs are case-sensitive and tied to a specific Moloco environment. Confirm the Workplace ID matches the value shown in Moloco Campaign Manager under **Workplace settings** > **Information**, and that API access has been enabled for that workspace.

  <Accordion title="No data after the initial sync">
    Programmatic reporting can settle over several hours as bid streams reconcile. If no data appears after the initial backfill, confirm the workspace contains active campaigns during the requested period.
