# FAQs

> Common questions, expected behaviors, and troubleshooting for the Yandex Direct data source.

## Why can't I see keyword-level performance for Yandex Direct?

Yandex Direct reporting in Adriel is available at the ad account, campaign, ad group, and ad levels. Keyword-level performance reporting is not supported and is intentionally disabled, so widgets and breakdowns cannot report metrics per keyword.

Campaigns, ad groups, and ads remain fully reportable. To analyze performance more granularly, drill down to the ad level within a campaign rather than by keyword.

## Why are video and reach metrics missing from Yandex Direct?

Yandex Direct reporting in Adriel focuses on delivery, click, cost, and conversion metrics. Video quartile metrics (25/50/75/100 percent) and unique reach are not available from this connector and will not appear in the metric picker.

## Why is older Yandex Direct data incomplete?

Yandex Direct report data is served from a daily cache rather than fetched live on each dashboard load. Adriel imports up to the previous 365 days when the data source is first connected; because Adriel caches the data, the longer the data source stays connected, the more historical data is stored.

Dates outside the cached window may appear incomplete, missing, or less accurate. Recently connected accounts fill in more history on each daily sync. For how the cache is scheduled, see the [Yandex Direct data reference](/data-sources/o-z/yandex-direct/data-reference).

## Why don't my Yandex Direct costs match what I see in Yandex?

A few expected differences account for most mismatches:

* **VAT is included.** Yandex Direct cost figures in Adriel include VAT, so they can read higher than a pre-tax total shown elsewhere.
* **Currency is normalized.** When the ad account's currency differs from the workspace currency, cost values are converted to the workspace currency using the day's exchange rate, which can differ from the native-currency amount in Yandex.
* **Timing.** Newly reported spend is not immediate; it appears after the next sync, so a very recent day may still be settling.

## Why do some Yandex Direct ads show an ID or a headline instead of a name?

Yandex Direct does not provide a dedicated name field for ads through its API. To keep ads identifiable, Adriel falls back to the ad's first headline. When no headline can be read from the creative, the ad's identifier is shown instead.

This is expected behavior and does not indicate missing data — the metrics for that ad are still reported normally.

## Can I combine Yandex Direct with other data sources on one dashboard?

Yes. Yandex Direct is a standardized marketing data source, so its metrics, breakdowns, and currencies are aligned with Adriel's other marketing connectors. Widgets can aggregate Yandex Direct alongside sources such as Google Ads or Meta Ads without extra configuration.

Because Yandex Direct returns no field-level breakdowns (no device, geographic, demographic, or time-of-day splits), cross-source widgets can group by the shared hierarchy — ad account, campaign, ad group, and ad — rather than by breakdowns that only some sources provide.
