Why do some of my Across ADN campaigns show no data?

Across ADN reports performance at the ad group level, and every stored row belongs to an ad group. When a campaign has no ad groups in the Across ADN response, it produces no rows at all, so it does not appear in a widget rather than showing as an empty row. This is expected: a campaign becomes visible in Adriel only once it contains at least one ad group with report data. To confirm, check that the campaign has active ad groups in Across ADN.

Why don’t my Across ADN campaign totals match the numbers in the Across ADN dashboard?

Across ADN returns pre-aggregated totals at the date level and the campaign level alongside the detailed ad-group rows. Adriel stores only the ad-group-level rows and discards those pre-aggregated totals. Campaign and date totals shown in Adriel are recomputed from the ad-group rows using breakdowns. For summed metrics such as impressions, clicks, and conversions the recomputed figure matches the source. Small differences are most likely to appear where the Across ADN dashboard applies its own rounding or attribution treatment to a pre-aggregated total that Adriel never stores. To compare like for like, add the Campaign and Ad group breakdowns in Adriel and reconcile at the ad-group level.

Why don’t my most recent Across ADN changes appear right away?

Across ADN is a cached data source: widgets read stored data rather than querying the API on demand, so a new campaign, an ad group, or same-day spend appears only after the next scheduled refresh, not the moment it happens in Across ADN. How much Across ADN history can I report on?

Adriel imports up to 24 months of Across ADN history when the data source is first connected. Because Adriel caches the data, the longer the data source stays connected, the more historical data is stored and available to report on over time. Reporting on a date range before the initial import window, or before the data source was connected, returns no rows for the missing period.

Can I combine Across ADN with my other data sources in one widget?

Yes. When Across ADN and another source share the same breakdown, their rows aggregate together directly in a single widget. When the breakdowns do not match exactly, use blended data to map each source’s breakdowns onto a common set so the widget can combine them. Blending applies within a single widget only; it cannot join data across separate widgets. Across ADN campaign and ad group names are Korean and are preserved exactly, so any breakdown match relies on those names lining up character for character across the sources being combined.
