Adform is a global independent advertising technology platform providing DSP, ad serving, and audience tools for display, video, and rich media campaigns. Connecting it pulls campaign performance from the Adform Buyer Stats API, with breakdowns and metrics discovered dynamically from Adform’s metadata endpoints so the available field set reflects the current API surface.

Before you connect

The following are required:
  • An Adform account with API access enabled. API access is typically provisioned by the Adform account manager; contact Adform support if it is not yet enabled.
  • Sign-in credentials for the Adform account that will authorize the connection.
  • Permission on the Adform advertiser whose data should be imported.
The connector supports up to 8 breakdowns and 10 metrics per data source. The available metrics depend on the breakdowns selected.

Connect Adform

1

Authorize access to the Adform account

On the Data Sources page, search for Adform and select it. Sign in to the Adform account in the pop-up window, review the Application Access permissions, and click Allow to grant access.
2

Configure the data source

On the data source settings, enter a Name to identify the data source, then choose the Advertiser to connect. Create one data source per advertiser.
3

Select breakdowns and metrics

Choose Breakdowns from the list (up to 8), then choose Metrics (up to 10). The available metrics correspond to the breakdowns selected.
4

Submit

Click Submit to complete the connection. Initial data availability can take up to one business day.

What gets imported

The connector imports performance data at advertiser, campaign, line item / order, and creative (banner / adgroup) levels, with breakdowns available for device, browser, banner size and type, DMP segment, RTB domain, and day. Standard metrics include impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, sales, delivered conversions, video completions, RTB media cost, and visits, plus derived rates such as CTR, CPC, and CPM. For the complete metric list, breakdowns, refresh cadence, and date range limits, see the Adform data reference.

Troubleshooting

The Adform Stats API enforces a hard cap of 8 breakdowns and 10 metrics per report. Reduce the selection to fit within those limits and save again.
Certain breakdown and metric combinations are not supported by the Adform Stats API. Remove the flagged field and reselect from the filtered picker, which excludes incompatible options.
Each refresh pulls a fixed 397-day historical window. Queries that span dates outside this window return no data for the missing range, regardless of the dashboard date selector.
Spend and revenue are reported in the currency configured on the connected Adform account. Workspaces using a different display currency receive auto-converted values.
Report polling caps at 200 seconds before surfacing a REPORT_NOT_READY_YET state. The next scheduled refresh, which runs daily at 1:00 AM UTC, typically completes the report.
