Before you connect
The following are required:- An AdRoll account with API access.
- Sign-in credentials with permission to authorize third-party access on the AdRoll account.
- An advertiser ID, when the account has access to multiple advertisers.
Connect AdRoll

Open the connector picker
Go to Connections and select + Connect data source.

Select AdRoll
Search for AdRoll and choose it from the results.

Authorize through AdRoll
Select Connect to start the authorization flow. Sign in to AdRoll when prompted and approve the access request.

Choose the advertiser
When the connected account has access to multiple advertisers, select the advertiser whose data should be imported.

Save the connection
Confirm the selection to validate access and begin the initial import.
What gets imported
Daily campaign performance is imported in the account’s reporting currency, covering spend, impressions, clicks, and conversions across the campaign, ad group, and ad levels. For the complete list of metrics, breakdowns, and limits, see the AdRoll data reference.Troubleshooting

Authorization can fail when the signed-in user lacks permission on the target advertiser. Sign in with an account that has reporting access, or have an admin grant access before retrying.
No rows appear after the initial import
No rows appear after the initial import
Retargeting reporting can lag while attribution windows close. If no data appears after the initial import, confirm that the selected advertiser has active campaigns during the requested period.
