Airbridge is a mobile measurement partner (MMP) and deep-linking platform used by Korean and global app marketers. Connecting it brings installs, clicks, impressions, in-app events, and active-user and revenue aggregates into Adriel dashboards through the Airbridge Reports API.

Before you connect

The following are required:
  • An Airbridge account with API access enabled.
  • The App Name identifier — the short string, not the display name — visible under SettingsTokens.
  • An API Key generated from Airbridge. To retrieve it, log in to the Airbridge dashboard, go to SettingsTokensAPI Token, and copy the key.
  • A report-type decision for the data source: Actuals (ad performance and attribution) or Active Users (engagement and revenue aggregates). The report type is locked at creation and cannot be changed later.

Connect Airbridge

1

Authorize access to the Airbridge account

On the Data Sources page, search for Airbridge and select it. Enter the two mandatory fields — App Name (the Airbridge app identifier) and API Key (the key retrieved before connecting) — then click Submit to authenticate.
2

Choose the report type

Select Actuals for ad performance and attribution events, or Active Users for engagement and revenue aggregates. This choice is permanent for the data source.
3

Select metrics and breakdowns

For Actuals, the picker reflects the metrics and breakdowns available for the connected app, fetched live from Airbridge. For Active Users, choose from a fixed set of 10 metrics (5 app, 5 web) across the available breakdowns in daily, weekly, or monthly granularity.
4

Name and submit

Enter a readable, distinguishable Name for the data source, then click Submit to complete the connection. Initial data availability can take up to one business day.
A single data source supports only one report type. To pull both Actuals and Active Users, create a second Airbridge data source in the alternate type.

What gets imported

Reports arrive at daily granularity for Actuals, and daily, weekly, or monthly granularity for Active Users, in the local currency configured for the Airbridge app. Actuals draws on Airbridge’s v7 Reports API with metrics and breakdowns discovered from the connected app; Active Users draws on the v4 Reports API with a fixed set of 10 metrics (active users, paying users, revenue, ARPU, and ARPPU, each split into app and web). For the complete metric list, the full Active Users breakdown set, and the field-discovery rules for Actuals, see the Airbridge data reference.

Troubleshooting

The connection is rejected before any request is sent when the API key is empty. Re-paste the key carefully — invisible leading or trailing whitespace is the most common cause.
A single data source supports only one report type, and the type is locked at creation. Create a second Airbridge data source in the alternate type to pull both alongside each other.
Active Users exposes its breakdowns across three granularities (daily, weekly, and monthly), so each breakdown appears once per granularity. Use the search box in the picker to filter to the relevant slice.
Active Users splits into app and web variants with distinct metric keys (for example, active_users_app_au versus active_users_web_au). Cross-platform widgets must combine both explicitly — no automatic merge is applied.
