Before you connect
The following are required:- An Airtable account with access to the target base and table.
- Permission to authorize third-party apps. A standard Airtable user role is sufficient.
- A decision on which bases to grant access to during the authorization step. Only bases granted during consent are available when creating the data source.
Connect Airtable
1
Grant access to the bases
On the Data Sources page, search for Airtable and select it. Sign in to the Airtable account in the pop-up window. When the access window appears, click + Add a base to choose which bases and workspace to grant access to, then click Grant access once the selection is complete.
2
Choose the base and table
On the data source settings, choose the Base, then select one or more Tables. Each selected table becomes a separate Adriel data source that shares the same Airtable connection.
3
Submit
Click Submit to complete the connection. Initial data availability can take up to one business day.
What gets imported
The connector imports the records of each selected table, exposing every column as a field. Numeric columns (number, currency, percent, count, rating, duration) come in as metrics; text, single-select, multi-select, collaborator, linked-record, and attachment columns come in as breakdowns. Multi-select and linked-record values are joined into text, and an attachment column resolves to the URL of its first attachment only. For the complete field list and column-type mapping, see the Airtable data reference.Troubleshooting

The Airtable refresh token has expired. Refresh tokens have a long but finite lifetime. Reconnect the data source to issue a new token.
A multi-select or linked-record column looks unexpected on the dashboard
A multi-select or linked-record column looks unexpected on the dashboard
Multi-select values are imported as joined text, linked records resolve to the primary field of the linked record, and attachments resolve to the URL of the first attachment only. Restructure the source column or pick a different column when finer detail is needed.
