Before you connect
The following are required:- An Amazon account with Manager account access of at least an Editor role on the target ad account. If the available account lacks the required access, request a delegated share from someone who has it.
- An active Amazon Advertising account.
- The region the ad account is registered in — North America, Europe, or Far East. This is selected during setup and is locked at connection; it cannot be changed afterward.
Connect Amazon Ads
1
Authorize the Amazon account
On the Data Sources page, search for Amazon Ads and select it. Sign in to the Amazon account in the pop-up (Login with Amazon), then click Allow to grant access. Amazon requests the
cpc_advertising:campaign_management scope.2
Select the region-scoped profile
On the data source settings, choose the Profile to connect. Each ad account belongs to a profile scoped by region (North America, Europe, or Far East). Confirm the correct region before continuing — the region cannot be changed after the connection is created.
3
Submit
Click Submit to complete the connection. Initial data availability can take up to one business day.
What gets imported
The connector imports the full campaign hierarchy (ad account → campaign → ad group → ad → keyword), common performance metrics across all three sub-APIs, and sub-API-specific metrics: ASIN-level performance, sales, units sold, ACOS, ROAS, and search-term reports for Sponsored Products; video and brand-awareness metrics for Sponsored Brands; view-through and engagement metrics for Sponsored Display. Sales metrics are available across four attribution windows (1, 7, 14, and 30 days). For the full metric catalog by sub-API, attribution-window mechanics, and known limitations, see the Amazon Ads data reference.Troubleshooting
No data after connecting
No data after connecting
Region selection is a common cause. North America, Europe, and Far East accounts use different API endpoints, and selecting the wrong region yields empty data. The region cannot be changed after creation, so the connection must be re-created with the correct region.
Recent days appear to be missing
Recent days appear to be missing
The connector is cache-only — reports are refreshed on a schedule rather than live, so the most recent hours may not yet be cached. The full refresh schedule is documented in the data reference.

Attribution numbers do not match the Amazon UI
Amazon supports four attribution windows (1d, 7d, 14d, 30d). The widget must use the same window as the Amazon UI for a like-for-like comparison; defaults differ across parts of the Amazon interface.

The initial cache covers the last 60 days. Campaigns older than that are not backfilled.

Login with Amazon refresh tokens rotate periodically and are handled automatically. If reconnection is needed, reconnect via Connections → Amazon Ads → Reconnect and sign in again with the same Amazon account.
