Amazon ADSP (Advertising DSP) is Amazon’s programmatic demand-side platform for display, video, and audio advertising across Amazon-owned sites, apps, and third-party inventory. Connecting it brings a single ADSP report — chosen at connection time — into Adriel dashboards, with impressions, clicks, spend, viewability, and video and conversion metrics. Amazon ADSP is a separate data source from Amazon DSP; the two read different Amazon-side reports and are best used side by side rather than merged.

Before you connect

The following are required:
  • An Amazon Advertising account with access to the ADSP reports being connected.
  • The ADSP report URL to import, ready to paste into the setup form.
  • A decision on which report type to connect. The report type is chosen at connection time and defines the shape of the data source, so connect a separate data source for each report type needed.
  • The reporting currency the account uses, either USD or EUR.

1

Authorize with Amazon

On the Data Sources page, search for Amazon ADSP and select it. Sign in to Amazon in the pop-up using an account with access to the target ADSP reports, then approve the requested read permissions. Amazon shows the exact scope list on the consent screen.
2

Enter the required fields

On the data source settings, complete the four required fields:
  • URL — the ADSP report URL to import.
  • Report Type — select one from the dropdown: Untargeted Audiences, Targeted Audiences, Topline Performance, Creative Performance, or Products Performance.
  • Name — a data source name. Use any identifiable name.
  • Currency — select either USD or EUR.
3

Submit

Click Submit to complete the connection. The first sync runs in the background; the selected report appears once the initial import finishes.

What gets imported

The connector imports the single ADSP report selected at connection time — for example Topline Performance or Creative Performance — with its delivery, cost, viewability, video, and 14-day conversion metrics. Because each report type has its own schema, the available fields differ by report type and are populated after the first successful sync. For the complete list of report types, metrics, breakdowns, and limits, see the Amazon ADSP data reference.

Troubleshooting

Report type is fixed at connection time, and each type stores data in its own isolated table. To view a different report, connect a new Amazon ADSP data source with that report type selected.
Amazon ADSP and Amazon DSP read different Amazon-side reports through different data paths, so totals may not reconcile line for line. Compare each data source against its own Amazon report rather than against each other.
