Why did my Buzzvil currency stop updating?
The reporting currency is read once, from the first ad group, when the data source is first connected, and then pinned to the data source. It does not track later currency changes on the Buzzvil account. If the underlying account currency changes upstream, reconnect the Buzzvil data source so the new value is read again at connection time. See How to connect Buzzvil to Adriel. Why can’t I break Buzzvil data down by age, gender, or placement?
Buzzvil does not expose audience, device, placement, or geographic segmentation, so those breakdowns are not available for this data source. The breakdowns that are available are the four hierarchy levels — ad account, campaign, ad set, and ad — and the date breakdowns (daily, weekly, monthly). Any report can be grouped by those. For the full list, see the Buzzvil data reference. Why do some Buzzvil rows say a source “seems to have been deleted”?
When a campaign or ad set has been deleted on the Buzzvil side, Buzzvil no longer returns data for it. If that item is requested during a report fetch, Adriel marks the row with a message noting that the source seems to have been deleted, then continues loading the rest of the query. This is expected: the row is a placeholder for an element that no longer exists upstream, and the surrounding data is unaffected. Buzzvil does not return historical figures for deleted campaigns or ad sets, so those rows cannot be back-filled.Why don’t I see revenue or ROAS for Buzzvil?
Buzzvil reports conversion counts but not conversion value. Because revenue- and ROAS-style metrics need a value per conversion, they are not available for this data source. The metrics that are available include impressions, clicks, cost, and conversions, along with the efficiency metrics Adriel computes from them, such as CTR, CPC, CPM, cost per conversion, and conversion rate. See the Buzzvil data reference for the complete catalog. Why does all my Buzzvil data roll up under a single ad account?
Buzzvil has no native ad-account level. To keep Buzzvil consistent with other marketing connectors, Adriel synthesizes one ad account per data source and groups everything beneath it. This is expected behavior. Grouping by campaign, ad set, or ad still splits the data as usual; only the ad-account level is a single synthesized row.Why are some Buzzvil conversion metrics blank instead of zero?
Unique impressions, unique clicks, playtime, and SNS followers are taken directly from the Buzzvil report row. When Buzzvil does not return one of these fields for a given row, it is shown as blank rather than as0, so a blank value means “not reported” rather than “zero events.”
Impressions, clicks, cost, and conversions are core report fields and are populated whenever the row has data.
