Before you connect
The following are required:- A Coupang WING vendor account with access to the Coupang Open API developer portal.
- An Access Key and Secret Key generated from the Coupang Open API developer portal.
- The Vendor ID (업체코드) for the vendor account. This value permanently identifies the data source and cannot be changed after the source is created.
Connect Coupang
1
Select Coupang
On the Data Sources page, search for Coupang and select it.
2
Enter the API keys
Enter the Access Key and Secret Key from the Coupang Open API developer portal. Both fields are required and are stored as masked credentials.
3
Add the vendor ID and a name
Enter the Vendor ID (업체코드) for the vendor account, then enter a Name to identify the data source in Adriel.
4
Submit
Submit to save the connection. Adriel validates the credentials with a live request to Coupang; if the keys and vendor ID are correct, the initial sync runs in the background. Orders and products typically appear within one business day.
What gets imported
The connector imports vendor orders across Coupang’s fulfillment statuses and the product catalog, plus sales metrics reconstructed from raw order data — order price, payment, shipping fee, and discount amounts, along with product-level revenue and quantity. Revenue is reported in KRW with no currency conversion applied at refresh time. For the complete list of metrics, breakdowns, refresh cadence, and limits, see the Coupang data reference.Troubleshooting
Connection fails after regenerating or revoking API keys
Connection fails after regenerating or revoking API keys
Coupang authenticates each request with the Access Key and Secret Key rather than a refreshable token, so the stored keys are used exactly as entered until they change. Regenerating, revoking, or letting a key expire in the Coupang developer portal invalidates the credentials held in Adriel and disconnects the source. Re-enter the current Access Key and Secret Key to restore it.
Authentication or IP-not-allowed errors
Authentication or IP-not-allowed errors
Coupang’s Open API can restrict access by IP address. If requests are rejected as an unauthorized IP, confirm that the vendor account’s Open API access is active and that the keys are entered exactly as shown in the developer portal.
