Facebook Page Organic surfaces page-level and post-level organic performance for a connected Facebook Page through the Meta Graph API. Connecting it brings reach, engagement, reactions, video plays, story metrics, follower growth, and audience demographic breakdowns into Adriel dashboards across feed posts, reels, videos, and stories.

Before you connect

The following are required:
  • A Facebook Page.
  • A Facebook account with admin access on that Page. If the account lacks admin access, ask a Page admin to grant the appropriate role first.
  • A Meta Business account linked to the Page — the OAuth flow requests the business-management scope.
  • For ad-attributed metrics on the same Page, the marketing-tier scopes must be granted at connection time.

Connect Facebook Page Organic

1

Authorize a Facebook account

On the Data Sources page, search for Facebook Page Organic and select it. Log in to Facebook in the pop-up window, then click OK to allow access. The base tier covers page and post insights. The optional marketing tier additionally requests the ad scopes needed to expose ad-attributed Page metrics. Meta shows the exact scope list on the consent screen.
2

Select the Page

On the data source settings, choose the Page to connect from the dropdown list. Each data source represents one Page — connect additional Pages as separate data sources under the same OAuth grant.
3

Submit

Click Submit to complete the connection. The initial sync runs in the background and can take up to one business day. Lifetime metrics begin accumulating from the connection date forward; the initial post backfill covers up to 1098 days, and the daily-page backfill covers up to 90 days.

What gets imported

The connector imports page-level and post-level organic metrics at daily granularity via the Meta Graph API, bucketed in the Page timezone: reach, engagement, reactions, video plays, story metrics, follower growth, and audience demographic breakdowns by age, country, city, and gender. Raw impression metrics were deprecated by Meta on 2025-11-15 and are no longer available; reach is calculated at parse time from the remaining endpoints. For the complete list of metrics, breakdowns, and refresh behavior, see the Facebook Page Organic data reference.

Troubleshooting

The authorizing account does not have admin access on the Page, or the Page is not linked to a Business Manager. Have a Business admin grant the appropriate role or link the Page, then reconnect.
Meta deprecated raw impression metrics on 2025-11-15. Use reach and the page video-views metrics to track exposure instead.
The marketing-tier scopes were not granted at connection time. Reconnect the data source and approve the marketing scopes when prompted.
Each data source represents one Page. Add a separate data source per Page — the OAuth grant from the first connection can be reused for subsequent Pages.
The post media-views metrics only return data for posts created on or after 2024-09-22. This is a Meta API constraint, not a connector behavior.
