Godomall (고도몰) is a Korean e-commerce platform that hosts independent merchant malls. The connector retrieves orders and products from Godomall’s OpenHub REST API and reconstructs sales metrics from the raw order data, surfacing daily revenue, SKU performance, and order-status breakdowns in KRW.

Before you connect

The following are required:
  • A Godomall (NHN Commerce) shop.
  • A Godomall User API Key. Register on the Godomall User API Key Application page to receive one; the key is delivered by email after registration. Save it for the connection step.

Connect Godomall

1

Select Godomall and enter the API key

On the Data Sources page, search for Godomall and select it. Enter the User API Key obtained from Godomall, then click Submit to proceed.
2

Name the data source

Enter a Shop Name or any identifiable name for the store.
3

Choose the revenue calculation basis

Under Other settings, optionally select Based on payment date to match the values shown in the Godomall UI. When left unselected, the connector sorts Godomall API values by order date, which may cause differences from the UI values.
4

Submit

Click Submit to complete the connection. Initial data availability can take up to one business day.

What gets imported

The connector imports products and orders for the selected mall. Order data includes revenue in KRW, order counts, status transitions, and product order lines; product data includes names, SKUs, and category metadata. Order sync runs as sequential per-hour queries to work around the OpenHub API’s per-response size and latency limits. For the complete list of metrics and breakdowns, see the Godomall data reference.

Troubleshooting

Order sync runs as sequential per-hour queries rather than a single daily query. Higher-volume malls and longer historical windows therefore take more time to complete the first import. Subsequent refreshes re-pull only recently modified orders.
Each refresh re-fetches orders modified in the last 24 hours. Cancellations, refunds, or status changes occurring more than a day after the order date may not be reflected.
Sales metrics are reconstructed from raw orders rather than pulled from a pre-aggregated analytics endpoint. Small discrepancies versus Godomall’s own dashboards can occur during settlement cycles.
