Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business) is Google’s local-business listing platform. Connecting it brings business locations and their daily performance insights — impressions across Maps and Search, call clicks, direction requests, website clicks, conversations, bookings, and food orders — into Adriel dashboards, alongside aggregate and review-level rating data.

Before you connect

The following are required:
  • A Google account with at least manager-level permission on the target Google Business Profile Manager.
  • One or more verified business locations on the Google Business Profile account.

Connect Google Business Profile

1

Authorize a Google account

On the Data Sources page, search for Google Business Profile and select it. Click Sign in with Google in the pop-up and sign in with the account that manages the target business profiles. Tick every consent checkbox on the Google permissions screen and click Continue to grant the business.manage scope. Skipping a checkbox prevents location data from loading.
2

Select the business profile

On the data source settings, complete the two required fields. For Ad Account, select the Google account whose business profiles should be fetched. For Business, select one or more business profiles from the dropdown.
3

Submit

Click Submit to complete the connection. Initial data availability can take up to one business day.

What gets imported

Daily location performance metrics — impressions (desktop and mobile, Maps and Search), call clicks, website clicks, direction requests, conversations, bookings, food orders, and food menu clicks — flow directly from the Business Profile Performance API and are fetched live on each dashboard load. Two aggregate review metrics, average rating and total review count, are also exposed live. Review-level breakdowns (reviewer name, star rating, comment, reply, and create/update times) come from a nightly cached pull of the My Business reviews endpoint. For the complete list of metrics and breakdowns, see the Google Business Profile data reference.

Troubleshooting

Either the signed-in Google account has no manager-level access to a Business Profile, or a consent checkbox was skipped during authorization. Reconnect and ensure every box on the Google permissions screen is ticked.
Review data is refreshed nightly from a cached snapshot, so reviews posted earlier in the day do not appear until the next refresh. The two live metrics — average rating and total review count — are fetched on each dashboard load and reflect current Google data within API latency.
