Why did my Campaign Manager 360 data disappear or stop matching my report?

The CM360 data source mirrors one pre-configured Campaign Manager 360 report. Each refresh re-runs that report, downloads the new export, and replaces the previous snapshot in full. Nothing accumulates across refreshes, so the data source always reflects the current state of the bound report rather than a running history. Two consequences follow from this:
  • Elements deleted in Campaign Manager 360 are not retained. Once a campaign, placement, or other element is removed at the source, it drops out of the report and is no longer available in Adriel.
  • A fixed date range freezes the data. If the CM360 report uses a fixed date period, the same rows return on every refresh. A dynamic (rolling) date range in the report keeps the cached data moving forward.
Report or breakdown changes made in Campaign Manager 360 appear on the next successful sync; see the data reference for freshness details.

Why is my CM360 data shown in USD when my report uses another currency?

Monetary columns from a Campaign Manager 360 report are labeled USD in Adriel regardless of the currency configured in the source report. Values are not converted — the underlying numbers are passed through as-is and labeled USD. A report built in another currency shows its original amounts under a USD label, so cross-currency comparisons should account for this.

Why can I only combine my CM360 data with other sources through Blend Data?

Campaign Manager 360 is a generic, free-format data source: its fields come entirely from the customer-defined report, so it is viewed in a generic table and is not natively compatible with the fixed schema of other connector types. To bring it onto a widget alongside another source, the breakdowns must match, or the sources must be aligned through Blend Data settings. Reports built with breakdowns that line up with the other source — for example a shared date or campaign breakdown — blend more cleanly.

Why do my time-series widgets show no trend for CM360?

Time-based widgets rely on a Date breakdown in the data, and the CM360 data source contains only the columns present in the bound report. A report configured without a Date breakdown produces no per-day rows, so line charts and other time-series widgets have nothing to plot over time. Adding a Date breakdown to the Campaign Manager 360 report, paired with a dynamic date range, makes date-based widgets work after the next refresh.

Why does my widget show fewer rows than my full CM360 report?

Each query against a CM360 data source returns up to 50,000 rows. Reports that produce more rows are truncated at read time, so a very large report can show fewer rows in Adriel than a manual export from Campaign Manager 360. Configuring the report with only the breakdowns that are actually needed keeps the row count down and avoids the cap. On a related note, when a profile has more than 100 reports, only the 100 most recently modified are listed during setup.

Common issues

CM360 is a cached connector. Adriel pulls a saved CM360 report on a fixed schedule (currently once per day around 07:00 KST, moving to twice daily), which is why the update cadence is slower than the native CM360 UI.For stalls specifically:
  • Backfilling a very large report (for example, ~170,000 rows / ~260 MB) can exceed the allowable job runtime. Reduce the CM360 report scope — fewer breakdowns or metrics, or a shorter date range — and retry the sync.
  • Occasional cache issues on year-to-date ranges are typically self-resolving on the next refresh.
