Why don’t my MakeShop orders older than 90 days show up?

MakeShop history has a 90-day floor. Adriel imports up to 90 days of order history when the data source is first connected; because Adriel caches the data, the longer the data source stays connected, the more historical data is stored. Any query with a start date earlier than 90 days before today is clamped to that boundary, so orders placed before that point cannot be retrieved through this connector. Order coverage therefore builds up over time from the connection date onward, and the 90-day floor applies to every breakdown regardless of the grouping selected.

Why does a cancelled MakeShop order reduce my payment total instead of adding a refund line?

Cancelled and returned MakeShop orders are recorded as separate order entries rather than as a positive refund figure. Each of these records carries a negative payment amount and a cancellation or return marker on its order ID, and its price, discount, tax, and shipping values are set to zero. The refund therefore nets against Order Payment Amount instead of appearing as its own sales line. A dashboard total that looks lower than gross sales is expected behavior: Order Payment Amount already reflects the offsetting cancellations and returns.

Why is tax missing on some of my MakeShop orders?

MakeShop returns orders in one of two formats, and which one applies depends on the shop account. Tax (VAT) is present only on the older order format; the newer format does not return a tax value at all. As a result, Order Tax Amount is populated for some orders and blank for others, depending on the format each order was created in. This reflects what MakeShop provides for each order rather than a sync error, so a mix of taxed and untaxed orders is normal.

Why are my MakeShop product stock counts blank?

A blank Product Quantity means the product is set to unlimited stock in MakeShop. Blank is distinct from a value of zero: zero means out of stock, while blank means no stock limit is enforced. Products with a defined stock limit report their quantity as a normal number. When comparing stock across products, treat blank rows as unlimited rather than as missing data.

Why are all my MakeShop amounts shown in Korean Won?

MakeShop operates exclusively in Korean Won. Every order and product amount from this data source is denominated in KRW, and there is no per-order currency detection or override. When a widget combines MakeShop with data sources in other currencies, display conversion follows the workspace’s currency and exchange-rate settings, while the underlying MakeShop values remain in KRW.
