Before you connect
The following are required:- A Naver account with access to the target Smart Place listings, identified by its Naver login ID or phone number (for example,
adriel01). Email-format IDs containing@are not accepted. - The Naver account password.
- Naver security settings adjusted so the connector can log in: two-step verification disabled and logins from other regions (Seoul) allowed. Naver’s default region-block behavior will otherwise block the login.

What gets imported
The connector imports daily and cumulative review counts, replied reviews, reservations, receipts, and Naver Map review metrics (total visitor reviews, blog reviews, and keyword/star reviews) for each selected place. Because Naver publishes no official Smart Place API, data is captured by logging in with the Naver credentials and reading the responses from Naver’s own frontend. For the complete list of metrics, breakdowns, refresh cadence, and limits, see the Naver Smart Place data reference.Troubleshooting
The connection will not authenticate
The connection will not authenticate
Login fails when two-step verification is enabled on the Naver account, or when logins from other regions are blocked. In the Naver security settings, disable two-step verification and allow logins from the Seoul region, then reconnect.
The connection fails after selecting places
The connection fails after selecting places
The multi-select step is capped at 10 places. Selecting more than 10 places can cause the connection to fail. Reduce the selection to 10 or fewer, and create additional connections for the remaining places.
An email-format ID is rejected
An email-format ID is rejected
The connector accepts the Naver login ID or phone number, not an email address. IDs containing
@ are rejected before login is attempted. Enter the plain Naver ID (for example, adriel01) or the phone number registered to the account.Related
