Naver Smart Store is Korea’s largest online marketplace, operated by Naver, where merchants list products and fulfil orders through Naver Commerce Center. Connecting it retrieves orders and products through the Naver Commerce API and reconstructs sales analytics — revenue, order counts, and product-level metrics — from the raw data, reported in KRW.

Before you connect

The following are required:
  • A Naver Smart Store account and its commerce ID.
  • A Naver Commerce Center (네이버 커머스 API 센터) account registered as a Smart Store seller.
  • A registered application in Naver Commerce Center with Product and Seller (order status) API access.
  • The Application ID issued by Naver Commerce Center.
  • The Application Secret issued at registration — it is shown only once.
  • Adriel’s API call IP address, 3.37.49.210, added to the application’s allowed IPs.

What gets imported

Products and orders are imported for the connected Smart Store channel. Order data includes revenue in KRW, order counts, status transitions (paid, shipped, cancelled, refunded, returned), and product order lines. The full product catalog refreshes daily; orders refresh daily or hourly depending on shop volume, with a one-day re-fetch window for recently modified orders. For the complete list of metrics and breakdowns, see the Naver Smart Store data reference.

Troubleshooting

The Application Secret is case-sensitive and shown only once at registration. If the original value is unavailable, regenerate the secret in Naver Commerce Center and re-enter both the Application ID and secret in the connector.
Sales metrics are reconstructed from raw orders rather than pulled from a pre-aggregated endpoint, so minor discrepancies against Naver’s own dashboards can arise from settlement and cancellation timing.
Orders are linked to products by SKU. If a product has been deleted from the catalog, the order remains visible but cannot be resolved through Product Order Amount, Product Order Count, or Product Order Quantity.
Each refresh re-fetches only orders modified in the last 24 hours. Status transitions that occur later than that window may not be reflected in cancellation, refund, or return counts.
