Piano Analytics is a European web and content analytics platform, formerly known as AT Internet and rebranded under the Piano family. Connecting it brings visits, unique visitors, page views, engagement, goal completions, and source-attribution data into Adriel dashboards, scoped per tracked site.

Before you connect

The following are required:
  • An active Piano Analytics account with dashboard access.
  • Piano Analytics API keys (an Access Key and a Secret Key). To generate them, sign in to Piano Analytics, open the profile menu in the top-right corner and select See profile, open the API Keys tab, click Create a new API Key, and enter a name and description. Save both keys securely — the Access Key and Secret Key are shown only once at generation.
  • A Piano Analytics Site ID for each site to connect. To retrieve it, go to Configuration > Data Collection Portal > Dashboard and copy the value from the ID column.

Connect Piano Analytics

1

Authorize with the API keys

On the Data Sources page, search for Piano Analytics and select it. Enter the Access Key and Secret Key prepared in the prerequisites, then click Submit. Credentials are validated when the connection is saved.
2

Select the site

Enter the Site ID copied from Configuration > Data Collection Portal > Dashboard, and a Name to identify the data source. To connect multiple sites, repeat this step for each Site ID.
3

Submit

Click Submit to complete the connection. Reports are fetched live on each dashboard load, so data appears as soon as the site is connected.

What gets imported

The connector imports traffic and engagement metrics (visits, unique visitors, page views, bounce rate, time spent), goal completions and event counts, revenue and transaction values, and breakdowns covering source attribution, page hierarchy, device, and geography. Metrics and breakdowns come from a fixed catalog; custom indicators defined inside a Piano Analytics workspace are not currently exposed as additional fields. For the complete list of metrics, breakdowns, refresh cadence, and limits, see the Piano Analytics data reference.

Troubleshooting

A single Data API request accepts at most 50 columns (metrics and breakdowns combined). Reduce the number of selected fields or split the report across multiple widgets.
The Data API caps results at 10,000 rows per page and 200,000 rows in total per query. Apply narrower filters or higher-level aggregations to inspect data beyond that ceiling.
The connector exposes a fixed catalog of metrics and breakdown properties. Custom indicators created inside a Piano Analytics workspace are not currently surfaced as additional fields.
The credential check runs at save time, so permission or key issues that develop later surface only when the next report query fails. Re-saving the connection forces a fresh credential check.
