Scheduled exports are widget-level export jobs that run on a recurring schedule and deliver data to a destination — either a CSV file emailed to recipients, or a Google Sheets Spreadsheet (GSS) that auto-updates on a schedule. Individual exports are set up from a widget; this page collects every scheduled export in the workspace into one place for centralized management.

Open the Scheduled exports page

The Scheduled exports page lives under Workspace settings → Scheduled Exports.

Export Usage

The top of the page shows workspace-level usage counters for each export format:
  • CSV — how many CSV scheduled exports are currently active, against the plan’s CSV quota (for example, 1 / 20).
  • GSS — how many Google Sheets scheduled exports are currently active. GSS exports don’t have a hard quota by default; the counter shows the current active count.

The scheduled exports table

Below the usage counters, every scheduled export in the workspace is listed with these columns:
  • Status — a toggle to pause or resume the export.
  • Format — CSV or GSS.
  • Teamspace — the teamspace the source dashboard belongs to.
  • Dashboard — the source dashboard, with a link to open it.
  • Widget — the widget the export is generated from.
  • Recipient — for CSV: the list of email recipients. For GSS: usually a dash (the destination is the linked Google Sheet itself).
  • Schedule — the cadence: for example, Every 4 hours, Weekly (Monday), or Monthly (3rd).
  • Last Run — the timestamp of the last successful run.
Filters at the top of the table narrow the list by Format, Status, or Teamspace.

Add or edit an individual scheduled export

Individual scheduled exports are created and edited from the widget they belong to, not from this page. On any widget that supports exports, open the export options and configure a schedule. See Exporting widget data.

Permissions

  • View only members can see the Scheduled exports page.
  • View and edit and Admin members can toggle scheduled exports on or off.

Troubleshooting

A dash means the export hasn’t run yet — it’s newly created and the first run hasn’t happened. Check the Schedule column to confirm when it will next run.
The workspace’s CSV export quota is exhausted. Pause an existing CSV export to free a slot, or contact support at support@adriel.com to discuss increasing the quota.
Confirm the export is toggled on. Confirm the linked Google Sheet still exists and the connection is authorized. See the widget’s export settings for the destination sheet URL.
Scheduled CSV exports currently run once per day at a fixed time (around 09:00 AM KST) — there is no UI to choose the trigger time. Background workers process Google Sheets exports every 4 hours, so 1–2 hour delivery delays are normal. Longer date ranges take longer to generate. Email CSV is delivered only to the requesting user’s login email.Export-to-Google-Sheets jobs compete in a shared queue: when large jobs congest the queue, small jobs can wait around 80 minutes. When an export completes before a data source’s daily refresh lands (for example, an 8:01 export before a source refreshes at 8:40), the exported file reflects pre-refresh data. Slow-API connectors like Yahoo Japan and per-connector concurrency limits push some data sources later in the queue.

Report creation

Schedule a full dashboard PDF by email (different from scheduled exports of widget data).
