What’s in the menu depends on the widget type
Tables get the full menu because they’re the natural format for row-by-row data. Other widget types stay PDF-only.
Breakdown depth limits at a glance
The export method changes how many levels of breakdowns can be included in the output.
For richer nested breakdowns, use Email CSV or Schedule export.
Export to PDF, CSV, or XLSX (immediate download)
Click Export to PDF, Export to CSV, or Export to XLSX and the file downloads immediately, containing the data the widget is currently showing.Immediate downloads are capped at 2 breakdowns. Even if the widget on-screen displays more, the immediate download includes at most 2 breakdown levels. For deeper output, use Email CSV (up to 4 breakdowns).
Multi-page data is not included. If the table is paginated, only the rows visible on the current page are exported. To include all rows, expand or filter the table so the rows are in view before exporting, or use Email CSV.
Export to GSS (Google Sheets)
Export to GSS opens a modal with two link options:
Pick the static table for a fixed historical record; pick the dynamic table when the Google Sheet should keep updating.
The same 2-breakdown cap applies to both GSS link options.
Email CSV (one-time, with breakdowns)
Email CSV opens a panel to send the table data to the requester’s email as a CSV. Pick the breakdown depth — 1 to 4 — which controls how many levels of grouped data are included in the CSV. For example, depth 2 might include channel-level and campaign-level rows; depth 4 nests two additional grouping levels. The CSV is generated and emailed once. Status is tracked, and the email arrives once the job completes.Schedule export (recurring)
Schedule export opens a panel to set up a recurring delivery to one or more recipients. Configure:- Frequency — Daily, Weekly (pick a day of the week), or Monthly (pick a day of the month).
- Recipients — Adriel users, teams, or specific email addresses.
- Date format — used in the file name.
- Breakdown depth — 1 to 4, same range as Email CSV.
- Aggregated rows — toggle to include or exclude per-group totals.
