The dashboard sidebar’s Widgets tab lists every widget on the current dashboard. It’s the fastest way to jump to a specific widget on a long dashboard, and it doubles as a way to curate a navigation index for shared dashboards through pinned widgets.

Open the widget list

In the dashboard sidebar, switch the mode selector at the top to Widgets. The sidebar switches from the view tree to a flat list of every widget on the current dashboard, sorted top-to-bottom, left-to-right by grid position.

Widget names in the list

Each row shows the widget’s name. Widget names are user-settable from the widget’s own settings panel — by default, a widget’s name matches its type (for example, “Table”, “Overview”, “Creatives”). Rename widgets to something more descriptive when the dashboard has many widgets of the same type. The list has a search box at the top. Typing filters the list to widgets whose names match. Search is useful on dashboards with many widgets or with descriptively named sections.

Jump to a widget

Clicking any widget row in the list scrolls the dashboard directly to that widget. This is the fastest way to navigate a long dashboard without scrolling manually or using browser Find.

Pin widgets for shared dashboards

Hovering over a widget in the list reveals a pin icon on the right side of the row. Clicking the pin marks that widget as pinned. Pinned widgets show up on shared dashboards in a dedicated Index section of the sidebar — instead of surfacing every widget, the shared viewer only sees the ones that were pinned. Each entry in the Index also acts as an anchor link — clicking an entry scrolls the shared dashboard directly to that widget, so shared viewers can navigate the dashboard quickly without scrolling.
A great pattern for report-style dashboards: use notepad widgets as section headers throughout the dashboard, then pin each header notepad. Stakeholders receiving the shared URL see the pinned headers as an Index — a clean, curated way to navigate the dashboard without exposing every underlying widget.

Bulk delete widgets

Selection checkboxes appear next to each widget row when the current user is the dashboard owner in Dashboard mode (not in Report mode, not viewing a shared or embedded dashboard).
1

Select widgets

Check the boxes on every widget to delete. A selection info bar appears at the bottom of the sidebar showing the number of widgets selected.
2

Delete

In the selection info bar, click Delete. Every selected widget is removed from the dashboard grid.
3

Save the dashboard

Click Save dashboard in the dashboard header to persist the deletion. Until Save is clicked, reloading the dashboard restores the deleted widgets.

Troubleshooting

The Index mode only surfaces bookmarked widgets on shared URLs. Confirm the widget was pinned before the share link was opened, and refresh the shared page. If the shared link is a folder or teamspace share, Index mode is only visible when the current view has at least one pinned widget.
Bulk delete is only available in Dashboard mode on a dashboard the current user owns. Confirm the dashboard isn’t in Report mode and isn’t being viewed through a shared or embedded link.
Deleting from the sidebar doesn’t automatically save the dashboard. Click Save dashboard in the header after the bulk delete to persist the change.

Notepad

Use notepad widgets as section headers, then pin them for shared Index navigation.
