Campaign controls let a user take action on ad platforms directly from an Adriel table widget. Two things are editable: campaign or ad set Status (on/off) and campaign or ad set Budget. Changes are sent to the ad platform’s API and take effect on the ad platform without leaving the dashboard. Campaign controls are only available on table widgets — most commonly the Ads Table. Other widget types don’t expose these actions.

Turn a campaign or ad set on or off

On a table widget that includes the Status metric as a column, click the on/off toggle on the campaign or ad set row. The change applies to the ad platform immediately. Ad-level Status editing is not supported.

Update a budget

Budget editing is triggered by clicking a value in a budget metric column on the table. Budget metrics include Daily Budget and Lifetime Budget — each is a separate metric that can be added to a table like any other. When either metric is present as a column, its values are clickable and open the budget editor. Change the amount and confirm; the update is sent to the ad platform. Which budget metrics can be edited depends on the ad platform:
  • Some platforms support both Daily Budget and Lifetime Budget at the campaign level (for example, LINE Ads, SmartNews Ads).
  • Some platforms support Daily Budget only — Lifetime Budget isn’t editable from Adriel on those platforms (for example, Kakao Moment).
  • Ad-set budget editing is available on some platforms and not others.
Check the connector’s reference article for what’s supported on a specific platform.

Availability

If a Status cell or Budget cell renders as read-only, the connected ad platform doesn’t support editing that field from Adriel. Check the connector’s reference article. Only workspace members with View and edit or Admin roles can edit Status or Budget. View-only members can see values but can’t change them.

Troubleshooting

Either the ad platform doesn’t support editing the field from Adriel, the current user doesn’t have the required permission, or the ad account has a restriction (for example, closed or paused).
The change is sent to the ad platform, but the platform may take a few minutes to apply. Refresh the widget to reconfirm.
Adriel logs every action pushed from the product — including pauses and edits — so a bulk pause originating from Adriel would leave a record. If there is no logged action for the workspace or account, no such action was pushed from Adriel. Support can share the stored action log to confirm.
