Switch to Report mode
Report mode formats the dashboard for paginated print — A4 pages, optional cover, branded headers and footers.1
Set the date range and filters
Set the date range from the date picker. Apply any campaign, status, channel, or ad-account filters first — Report mode locks the layout in place.
2
Toggle Report mode
The Report mode toggle is in the top header. Click it to switch between Dashboard mode and Report mode. The dashboard re-flows into A4 pages once Report mode is on.
3
Customize the cover, header, and footer
Click the cover area to edit the title, subtitle, logo, and date range. The per-page header (portrait orientation) holds a client logo, title, and date. The footer holds page numbers and an agency logo.
4
Switch orientation if needed
Use the orientation toggle (portrait / landscape) in the Report mode toolbar.
Set page breaks
Page breaks are configured in the dashboard’s style panel and only take effect when the dashboard uses Custom widget alignment. To add a page break:- Exit Report mode if it’s on.
- Open the dashboard style panel.
- Enable page breaks (only available under Custom alignment).
- Drop page break markers between widgets where each new page should begin.
Generate a PDF report
With Report mode on, open the export menu in the header and choose Export PDF. The browser print dialog opens; choose Save as PDF to download.Schedule a PDF by email
Inside Report mode, open the email automation panel from the icon on the left side of the dashboard — the settings panel opens as a side drawer on the right. The panel fields, in the order shown:
The confirm button stays disabled until the name is non-empty and at least one email is in the list.
For broader automation patterns beyond a single dashboard, see Scheduled exports.
Permissions
Report exports and scheduled email are gated by workspace role. Only members with View and edit or Admin can configure scheduled email or export PDFs. See Permissions and access.Troubleshooting
Why does report mode look corrupted after toggling between report and dashboard views?
Why does report mode look corrupted after toggling between report and dashboard views?
Report-mode layout can corrupt after a report-mode / dashboard-mode / report-mode toggle cycle — for example, a page divider can go missing from the layout. Restoring the missing first divider fixes the layout; after that, widgets should be re-aligned before re-entering report mode.
