Before you connect
The following are required:- An Amazon Seller Central account with access to the marketplace(s) to be connected.
- Sign-in credentials for the Amazon account, used to authorize access in the pop-up.
- Awareness that a single report type is chosen per data source and cannot be changed later — to track more than one report type, repeat the connection for each.
Connect Amazon Seller Central
1
Find Amazon Seller Central and choose a region
On the Data Sources page, search for Amazon Seller Central and select it. Choose the marketplace region for the account, then click Submit. The region determines which Amazon sign-in domain the authorization uses.
2
Authorize with Amazon
In the pop-up window, log in to the Amazon account and grant access when prompted. Amazon shows the requested permissions on its consent screen and returns to Adriel once access is confirmed.
3
Select the marketplace(s)
Choose the marketplace(s) to connect from the dropdown list. Each selected marketplace becomes a separate data source in Adriel.
4
Select a report type
Pick one report type: Sales and Traffic, Sales and Traffic by Child ASIN, Sales and Traffic by Parent ASIN, Orders, or Returns. The report type is fixed once the data source is created — to add another, repeat the connection and choose a different type.
5
Submit
Click Submit to complete the connection. The initial sync runs in the background; allow up to one working day for data to appear.
What gets imported
The connector imports the report type selected at connection time — sales and traffic (at parent- or child-ASIN granularity), orders, or returns — for each connected marketplace. Amazon retrieves up to the last 90 days of history on the first sync, then refreshes on a daily schedule. For the complete list of metrics, breakdowns, report types, refresh cadence, and limits, see the Amazon Seller Central data reference.Troubleshooting
A different report type is needed after connecting
A different report type is needed after connecting
The report type is chosen at data source creation and cannot be changed afterward. Connect a new Amazon Seller Central data source and select the report type needed; each report type is stored separately.
Recent orders have not appeared yet
Recent orders have not appeared yet
Data is fetched on a daily schedule and the first sync runs in the background, so the most recent activity can take up to a working day to surface. See the data reference for the refresh schedule.
