Awin is one of the largest affiliate marketing networks. Connecting it brings transaction and performance data — clicks, conversions, and commission across pending, approved, and declined states — into Adriel dashboards, so affiliate activity can be analyzed alongside other paid channels.

Before you connect

The following are required:
  • An Awin account, either advertiser or publisher.
  • An API token generated from the Awin API portal. Refer to Awin’s authorization and authentication documentation for how to create one.
  • The account to connect. The token must have access to the advertiser or publisher account being reported on.

Connect Awin

1

Provide the API token

On the Data Sources page, search for Awin and select it. Enter the Access token generated in the Awin API portal, then click Submit to authenticate.
2

Select the account and report type

On the data source settings, choose the Account Name to connect. Only one account can be selected per data source. Then choose the Report Type, either Transaction or Publisher.
3

Submit

Click Submit to complete the connection. Initial data availability can take up to one business day. To connect more than one account, repeat these steps after the first connection is complete.

What gets imported

The connector imports transaction and performance data at daily granularity in the Awin account currency, covering clicks, transactions, and commission across pending, approved, and declined states, with breakdowns such as advertiser, publisher, region, and product. For the complete list of metrics, breakdowns, refresh cadence, and limits, see the Awin data reference.

Troubleshooting

Awin tokens can be regenerated from the API portal. If validation fails, regenerate the token and confirm it has access to the advertiser or publisher account being connected.
Awin transactions move through pending, approved, and declined states. Earlier values may update as advertisers validate transactions. This reflects expected Awin behavior rather than an import issue.
