Connect Cafe24
1
Copy the Shop ID
Log in to the Cafe24 Admin page with an account that has super admin rights. Go to Shopping mall settings in the left sidebar, then navigate to Basic Settings > About my mall > Shop ID and copy the Shop ID to connect.
2
Search for Cafe24
On the Data Sources page, search for Cafe24 and select it. Fill in the Shop ID copied in the previous step.
3
Authorize the Cafe24 account

4
Select the shops
Choose the shops to connect from the list linked to the Cafe24 account. For multi-shop malls, create a separate data source for each additional shop.
5
Submit
Click Submit to complete the connection. Initial data availability can take up to one business day.
What gets imported
The connector imports the product catalog and orders for the selected shop, then reconstructs sales metrics from the raw orders: order count, order amount, average order value, discount amount, cancellation count, refund count, buyer count, and product-level performance. Three order-date types are supported — order date, payment date, and cancellation date. Revenue is reported in the mall’s configured currency, typically KRW. For the complete list of metrics and breakdowns, see the Cafe24 data reference.Troubleshooting
Connection breaks with a refresh token missing error
Connection breaks with a refresh token missing error
Cafe24 issues one-time-use refresh tokens — each refresh response carries a new token that replaces the previous one. If a response is missing the new token, the connection cannot recover automatically. Reconnect the data source to restore access.
Product-level metrics exclude orders for some items
Product-level metrics exclude orders for some items
Product-level metrics only attribute orders to products that still exist in the catalog. Orders for deleted products remain in revenue totals but do not appear under product-filtered metrics.
Cafe24 vs Cafe24 Analytics
Cafe24 vs Cafe24 Analytics
The Cafe24 connector syncs raw orders and products from the admin API. Cafe24 Analytics is a separate connector that pulls pre-aggregated metrics from the Cafe24 analytics dashboard. Connect both to compare reconstructed and platform-reported figures.
