Before you connect
The following are required:- A Criteo Retail Media account. This is a distinct Criteo product from standard Criteo, with its own contract and login.
- Permission on the Retail Media advertiser whose data should be imported.
- The ability to complete the OAuth consent screen in a browser.
For Criteo’s standard retargeting and performance display product, use the separate Criteo connector. Accounts running both products typically connect each as its own data source.

What gets imported
The connector imports performance data at advertiser, campaign, and line-item levels, with breakdowns by retailer, product, category, and day. Standard metrics include spend, impressions, clicks, attributed sales, and ROAS. Reports are produced by Criteo’s asynchronous job pattern: the connector creates a report job, polls until it is ready, and downloads the result. For the complete list of metrics, breakdowns, refresh cadence, and date-range limits, see the Criteo Retail Media data reference.Troubleshooting
The first sync takes several minutes
The first sync takes several minutes
Retail Media report jobs can return large datasets across many retailers, so Criteo runs them asynchronously. Long backfills typically complete within a few minutes; no action is required while polling continues.
Spend does not match the workspace display currency
Spend does not match the workspace display currency
Values are reported in the currency configured on the Criteo Retail Media advertiser. Workspaces using a different display currency receive auto-converted values.
