Why can I only see the last 60 days of my Kakao Shopping orders?
Kakao’s commerce API only retains roughly 60 days of order history, so orders older than that cannot be retrieved from Kakao when a data source is first connected. Adriel imports up to the last 60 days of orders at connection time. Because Adriel caches the data, the longer the data source stays connected, the more history accumulates beyond that initial 60-day window. A data source connected months ago will therefore hold more than 60 days of orders, but a brand-new connection starts with the most recent 60 days only. Why doesn’t today’s Kakao Shopping data appear yet?
The current day is intentionally excluded from the order sync window. Kakao’s API can return incomplete figures for the day still in progress, so the most recent complete day is the latest one reported. Orders and their status changes settle into the dashboard once the day closes and the next sync runs. For the sync schedule, see the Kakao Shopping data reference. Why are my Kakao Shopping product SKUs blank?
Kakao Shopping does not provide a product SKU through its commerce API on either the Gift or the Store channel, so that field is always empty. Products can still be identified and grouped using the Product name breakdown, and the Brand breakdown where a brand is attributed. On the Store channel, a Store brand breakdown is also available. Why do my Kakao Shopping sales figures differ from the Kakao merchant dashboard?
Kakao does not expose a pre-aggregated sales analytics API, so Adriel reconstructs order amount, cancellation and refund counts, and product-level metrics from raw order and product records. A few things can cause the totals to differ from Kakao’s own merchant dashboards:- The current day is excluded, so a same-day comparison will not line up until the day closes.
- Cancellations and refunds are captured over a short rolling window as their statuses settle, so a very recent status change may not yet be reflected.
- All monetary values are reported in South Korean Won (KRW) with no currency conversion applied.

Can I report on both Kakao Gift and Kakao Store together?
A single data source covers exactly one channel. The channel — Gift (KakaoTalk Gift) or Store (Kakao Store) — is fixed when the data source is created and cannot be switched later, because each channel is backed by a separate Kakao Commerce API surface with its own metrics and breakdowns. To report on both, connect one data source for Gift and another for Store, then add widgets from both to the same dashboard. The Channel breakdown distinguishes the two when they are combined in one widget. Note that channel-specific fields — stock, delivery-fee, and brand metrics — differ between Gift and Store, so a metric available on one channel will be empty on the other. Why did my Kakao Shopping connection stop working after I re-issued an app key?
Kakao Shopping authenticates with static Kakao app keys rather than a token that refreshes automatically. Re-issuing either app key in Kakao invalidates the credentials Adriel has on file, and the connection stops returning data until the new keys are entered. Reconnecting the data source with the updated keys restores it. See How to connect Kakao Shopping to Adriel.Related
