Before you connect
The following are required:- A Kakao Commerce seller account with API access enabled.
- A Kakao Commerce admin app key and seller app key. Issue or copy both from the API management section of Kakao Commerce before starting.
- A decision on which channel the data source represents: Gift (KakaoTalk Gift) or Store (Kakao Store). A single data source covers exactly one channel, and the choice is locked once the data source exists. To cover both channels, create two separate data sources.

What gets imported
Orders and products are imported for the selected channel. Order data includes revenue, order counts, status transitions, and product order lines; product data includes names, SKUs, and channel-specific catalog details. Revenue is reported in KRW, with no currency conversion applied. For the complete list of metrics, breakdowns, and channel-specific fields, see the Kakao Shopping data reference.Troubleshooting

Order totals differ from the Kakao Commerce dashboard
Order totals differ from the Kakao Commerce dashboard
Kakao Shopping does not expose a pre-aggregated sales analytics API, so order amounts, cancellation counts, and product-level metrics are reconstructed from raw orders. Small discrepancies versus Kakao’s own merchant dashboards can occur during settlement and cancellation cycles. Re-fetched windows extend back two days to capture late status transitions.
The connection fails after re-issuing an app key
The connection fails after re-issuing an app key
Re-issuing either app key in Kakao Commerce invalidates the existing connection. Re-enter both keys in the data source settings to restore the connection.
