Klaviyo Reporting is a distinct Adriel connector from the base Klaviyo integration. It reads Klaviyo’s dedicated series-report endpoints for forms, flows, and campaigns — the same endpoints Klaviyo’s own reporting UI uses — so the numbers reconcile against the Klaviyo dashboard. Connecting brings send-date report data for one asset Type (Forms, Flows, or Campaigns) into Adriel dashboards. This is the reporting-API variant. For on-demand, event-time metrics, use the base Klaviyo connector instead.

Before you connect

The following are required:

Connect Klaviyo Reporting

1

Enter the API Key

On the Data Sources page, search for Klaviyo Reporting and select it. Enter the Klaviyo private API key in the API Key field. To create a key, see Klaviyo’s guide to creating a private API key.
2

Configure the data source

Complete the three required fields:
  • Name — the data source name shown in Adriel.
  • Type — select Forms, Flows, or Campaigns from the dropdown. Each Type reads a different Klaviyo endpoint and exposes its own statistics, and the Type cannot be changed after the data source is created. Complete the Type-specific configuration that appears for the selected Type — for example, Flows and Campaigns require a Conversion Metric. If this configuration is left incomplete, undefined appears next to the selected Type in the data source name.
  • Timezone — select the reporting timezone from the dropdown.
3

Submit

Click Submit to complete the connection. The initial sync retrieves the last 60 days of report data in the background.

What gets imported

The connector imports report data for the single Type selected at connection time: form statistics for Forms, or the shared messaging statistics (delivery, engagement, audience health, and — with a Conversion Metric — conversions) for Flows and Campaigns. Data is attributed to the send date and refreshed on a daily cache. For the complete list of metrics, breakdowns, refresh cadence, and limits, see the Klaviyo Reporting data reference.

Troubleshooting

The Type-specific configuration for the selected Type was left incomplete at creation. Complete the configuration for the chosen Type — for Flows and Campaigns this includes selecting a Conversion Metric. Because the Type is fixed at creation, create a new data source with the configuration completed if the value cannot be corrected on the existing one.
Klaviyo Reporting attributes data to the campaign or flow send date, matching Klaviyo’s reporting UI. The base Klaviyo connector attributes to the event date, so the two connectors can report different totals for the same range.
The Type (Forms, Flows, or Campaigns) is chosen at creation and cannot be changed. To report on a different Type, create a separate Klaviyo Reporting data source with that Type selected.
The initial back-fill retrieves the last 60 days from the connection date. Data older than that window cannot be retrieved.
