Answers to the questions Lazada sellers ask most often about how their order and product data behaves in Adriel.

Why is my Lazada payment date empty?

Order Payment Date is always empty for Lazada. Lazada provides payment timestamps only at the individual line-item level, not for the order as a whole. Because Adriel’s order model records a single payment date per order, there is no order-level value to store, so the field stays empty for every Lazada order. For time-based reporting, use Order Date (when the order was created) or Order Updated Date (when it last changed) instead. Both are converted to the shop’s country timezone.

Why do my Lazada product prices and order totals show the same values twice?

Two pairs of Lazada fields are expected to match, because Lazada does not expose separate underlying values for them.
  • Product Price and Product Retail Price are identical. Lazada publishes a single price per SKU, so there is no separate compare-at or retail price to show.
  • Order Price Amount and Order Payment Amount are identical. Both are calculated the same way (price minus voucher plus shipping fee), so they do not distinguish list price from captured payment.
This is expected behavior, not a duplication error. For a per-field breakdown of how each value is produced, see the Lazada data reference.

Why can’t I import Lazada orders older than 90 days?

Lazada limits how far back order and product history can be retrieved. Adriel imports up to 90 days of history when the data source is first connected. Because Adriel caches the data, the longer the data source stays connected, the more historical data is stored and available for reporting over time. Data from before that 90-day window cannot be pulled from Lazada through the connector.

Why don’t today’s Lazada orders show up yet?

The current day is excluded from the Lazada order sync. A full day of orders becomes available only after that day closes in the shop’s country timezone, so today’s orders appear on a later sync rather than in real time. Newly created or modified orders are not reflected immediately; they arrive on the next sync. For the sync schedule, see the Lazada data reference.

What currency and timezone does my Lazada data use?

Each Lazada connection maps to exactly one shop in one country, and the reporting currency and timezone are derived automatically from that country. No manual currency setting is required. Supported currencies are VND, SGD, PHP, MYR, THB, and IDR, with USD used as a fallback when the shop’s country is outside that set. Order and product dates are converted to the shop’s country timezone before storage.
