Lazada is a Southeast Asian e-commerce marketplace operating across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Vietnam. Connecting it retrieves orders and products from the Lazada Open Platform API, so sales performance for a shop appears in Adriel dashboards alongside ad-platform spend.

Before you connect

The following are required:
  • A Lazada seller account with API access enabled on the Lazada Open Platform.
  • The specific shop to authorize, if the seller account manages more than one shop. Each connection maps to a single shop in a single country.

Connect Lazada

Select the data source

On the Data Sources page, search for Lazada and select it.

Authorize through Lazada Open Platform

Click Connect to open Lazada’s authorization screen. The flow forces a fresh login, so the shop being connected is chosen explicitly.

Sign in and approve

Sign in with the Lazada seller account and approve the requested permissions.

Save

After Lazada redirects back, click Save to start the initial import of products and recent orders. The first sync runs in the background.

What gets imported

The connector imports products and orders for the authorized shop. Order data covers order amount, payment amount, discount, tax, shipping fee, buyer count, and status; product data covers names, SKUs, prices, status, and images. Lazada does not provide pre-aggregated sales analytics, so revenue metrics are reconstructed from raw orders. Currency follows the shop’s country code (SGD, MYR, THB, IDR, PHP, or VND). Troubleshooting

Currency is derived from the seller account’s country code. If the country is not one of the supported Southeast Asian markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam), revenue falls back to USD. Confirm the country is set correctly in the Lazada Open Platform.
The access token can expire over time. Reauthorize the connection through the Lazada Open Platform flow to restore the data source.
