Why can’t I break down OS, age, gender, or location by campaign or ad?

The OS, age, gender, and location breakdowns are reported only at the ad account level. The LINE Business API does not return these breakdowns split by campaign, ad set, or ad, so combining one of them with a campaign, ad set, or ad breakdown is not supported. To see this data, apply the breakdown on an ad-account-level widget. The placement, campaign, ad set, and ad breakdowns remain available at their own levels.

Why does my reach look too high over a multi-day date range?

Metrics based on uniqueness, such as reach, are stored as a separate value for each day. When a widget spans more than one day, those daily values are added together rather than de-duplicated across the range, so someone reached on several days is counted more than once. For an accurate figure, view reach one day at a time. Non-unique metrics such as impressions, clicks, and spend aggregate correctly across any range.

Why is my LINE report data slightly delayed?

LINE Ads report data is served from cached daily snapshots rather than fetched from LINE each time a dashboard opens. Newly-made changes in LINE — a fresh campaign, a budget edit, or same-day performance — are not immediate; they appear after the next scheduled sync. This is expected behavior, not a connection error. For the sync schedule, see the LINE Ads data reference.

How far back does my LINE Ads history go?

When the data source is first connected, Adriel imports up to 730 days of historical LINE Ads data. Because Adriel caches the data, the longer the data source stays connected, the more historical data is stored. Report performance is re-synced on a rolling 30-day window, so the most recent stretch is the most reliable; older values are preserved in the cache but may be less complete because they are not continuously re-synced.

Why can’t I query more than a few months of daily data at once?

To keep query sizes manageable, each time breakdown has a maximum look-back window. A widget set to a daily breakdown over a range wider than 93 days returns data only for the supported window, and data outside it may be truncated. For a longer span, switch the widget to a weekly or monthly breakdown.
