What gets imported
The connector imports the four-level campaign hierarchy (ad account, campaign, ad set, ad or creative) along with performance and reach metrics, including impressions, clicks, viewability, completion rates, reach, frequency, spend, and revenue. Campaign metadata refreshes twice daily, and recent date ranges are kept warm on a scheduled basis. The metric catalog is discovered per ad account and cached for one hour. For the complete list of metrics, breakdowns, and limits, see the Quantcast data reference.Troubleshooting
Available metrics change over time
Available metrics change over time
The metric catalog is discovered per ad account through Quantcast’s
availableBreakdownsAndMetrics query and cached for one hour. New metrics released by Quantcast appear automatically once the cache expires, so expect a delay of up to an hour after a Quantcast-side change. Two click figures appear in reports
Two click figures appear in reports
Quantcast reports two click metrics: one filtered by Advanced Invalid Traffic detection and one filtered by General Invalid Traffic. Both are surfaced as separate fields. Confirm which filter the report requires when comparing against external benchmarks.
Reach inflates on longer date windows
Reach inflates on longer date windows
Device and household reach are deduplicated only within the query’s date range. Longer windows produce higher reach numbers because more unique devices and households accumulate. Reach is not additive across separate ranges.
Rate-limit errors during heavy reporting
Rate-limit errors during heavy reporting
The connector issues report jobs serially per data source to respect Quantcast rate limits. Rate-limit responses are surfaced with a retry-friendly message, and reruns typically succeed once the limit window resets.
