Connect RTB House
1
Obtain RTB House credentials
Contact the RTB House account manager and request an API User ID and password. These are used in place of an OAuth sign-in.
2
Select RTB House
On the Data Sources page, search for RTB House and select it.
3
Enter the credentials
Paste the API User ID and password into the corresponding fields. Credentials are sent with every API call; no OAuth flow is involved.
4
Choose the advertisers
When the credentials grant access to multiple advertisers, select one or more. A separate data source is created per advertiser.
5
Save the data source
Click Save to complete the connection. The initial backfill begins on save and includes both the basic performance and conversion attribution passes.
What gets imported
Performance data is imported at advertiser, campaign, ad set, and ad levels, with breakdowns by conversion attribution model and day. Standard metrics include spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and conversion value, plus derived rates such as CTR, CPC, CPM, and ROAS. Architecture refreshes twice daily, and report data is available in real time with scheduled syncs over rolling 3-, 9-, and 30-day windows. For the complete list of metrics, breakdowns, refresh cadence, and date range limits, see the RTB House data reference.Troubleshooting
Authentication fails after a successful initial connection
Authentication fails after a successful initial connection
RTB House credentials do not auto-rotate, but they can be revoked or reset by the RTB House account team. A connection that suddenly fails authentication usually indicates rotated or revoked credentials. Reconnect with refreshed credentials issued by RTB House.
