Connect Shopee
1
Set the connection details
On the Data Sources page, search for Shopee and select it. Fill in the three required fields, then click Submit:
- Connection Name: any identifiable name.
- Server: choose between Global and China. To connect both, repeat the flow after the first connection completes.
- Connection Type: choose between Orders and Products. To connect both, repeat the flow after the first connection completes.
2
Authorize the Shopee account
Sign in to the Shopee account when the pop-up window opens.
3
Select the shop
Choose the Shop to connect from the dropdown list, then click Submit to complete the connection. Initial data availability can take up to one business day.
What gets imported
The connector imports orders and their revenue components (order amount, payment, tax, discount, shipping fee) along with product catalog data (name, SKU, price, status, image, and creation and update dates) from the Shopee Open Platform API v2. Currency follows the shop’s regional Shopee marketplace (for example SGD, MYR, IDR, THB, VND, PHP, TWD). Products are fully refreshed daily, and orders made or modified within the last two days are re-synced at every refresh. For the complete metric list, breakdown shape, and order-status semantics, see the Shopee data reference.Troubleshooting
Invalid signature errors
Invalid signature errors
The most common cause is clock skew between Adriel and Shopee’s servers; transient skew typically self-recovers within a few minutes. Persistent errors usually mean the OAuth tokens have expired or the partner credentials rotated upstream — disconnect and re-authorize to issue a fresh token pair.
Orders show up but products do not (or vice versa)
Orders show up but products do not (or vice versa)
Each connection is locked to a single data type at creation. Create a second data source against the same shop and pick the other type.
Cancelled or refunded orders are inflating revenue
Cancelled or refunded orders are inflating revenue
Cancelled and returned orders carry distinct Shopee order statuses. Some return categories adjust the original order’s revenue, while others record separate negative entries. Break revenue down by order status when reconciling gross versus net sales.
Cross-region totals do not add up
Cross-region totals do not add up
Each shop reports in its regional currency. Aggregating across regions requires currency-aware normalization downstream, or one data source per region with conversions applied in the dashboard.
Merchant-level account is missing some shops
Merchant-level account is missing some shops
Merchant-level OAuth stores the shop list at authorization time. Newly added shops are not picked up retroactively — re-authorize the merchant connection to refresh the shop list.
