What gets imported
Campaign-level performance — impressions, clicks, spend, conversions, video quartiles, viewability, and geo-fence visits — imports at daily granularity across the organization, ad account, campaign, ad group, and ad hierarchy. In Custom Reports mode, the connector imports whatever metrics and breakdowns the underlying report defines. For the complete field list, see the Simpli.fi data reference.Troubleshooting
Report mode cannot be changed after creation
Report mode cannot be changed after creation
Campaign Stats and Custom Reports are mutually exclusive and fixed at creation. Switching modes requires creating a new data source.
History older than 60 days is missing after first connect
History older than 60 days is missing after first connect
The initial backfill loads only the last 60 days. Older history requires Simpli.fi-side exports and is not retrieved by the connector.
Late-attributed conversions outside 30 days are not refreshed
Late-attributed conversions outside 30 days are not refreshed
The daily refresh rewrites only the most recent 30 days. Restatements or late conversions outside that window will not appear without a manual rebuild.
Video or geo-fence metrics return empty
Video or geo-fence metrics return empty
These metrics populate only when the campaign type supports them. Display-only campaigns leave video and geo-fence columns empty.
Requests fail immediately after key rotation
Requests fail immediately after key rotation
The App Key and User Key never expire automatically. When keys are revoked or rotated in Simpli.fi, requests fail until the connection is re-saved with the replacement values.
