How far back does my Teads history go?
Adriel imports up to 90 days of daily Teads data when the data source is first connected. Older history from Teads is not imported. Because Adriel caches the data, the longer the data source stays connected, the more historical data is stored. For the refresh schedule, see the Teads data reference. Why did a conversion appear a few days after the click?
Teads reports post-view and post-click conversions, and either can be attributed some time after the original ad view or click. Each refresh re-fetches a trailing window of recent days, so a conversion that Teads attributes a few days later is picked up on a later refresh, and the affected day’s totals are restated in place. This is expected behavior, not missing data. Corrections that Teads issues to data older than that trailing window are not picked up automatically. For the exact window and schedule, see the Teads data reference. Why is my Teads spend shown as turnover instead of budget delivered?
Teads bills on a turnover basis, so cost is reported through turnover metrics: Turnover, Advertising turnover, Fee turnover, and the turnover-based average cost metrics (average cost per result, average CPM, and average CPC). Budget-delivered spend variants are not available for this data source, so widgets that expect a budget-delivered figure will not find one. To report cost, use the turnover metrics instead. The full metric list is in the Teads data reference. Why is unique impressions blank for some breakdowns?
Unique impressions is an estimated count of unique Teads IDs exposed to the ad, and Teads only returns that estimate for specific breakdown and metric combinations. When a widget groups unique impressions by a breakdown or pairs it with a metric that the estimate does not support, the value comes back empty while the other metrics in the same widget still populate. To see unique impressions, keep the widget on a supported grouping — reducing the number of breakdowns or removing an incompatible metric usually resolves it.Can I combine Teads with my other data sources on one dashboard?
Teads data appears as a generic table. It does not natively combine with other connector types unless they share identical breakdowns. To report Teads alongside another data source, either add each as its own widget on the dashboard, or set up blend data so the sources are joined on shared breakdowns. Blend data is what allows Teads metrics to sit next to another platform’s metrics in a single widget. Why did my Teads data stop refreshing after I rotated the API key?
Teads authenticates with a single static API key rather than a token that refreshes on its own. The stored key keeps working until it is changed on the Teads side. If the key is regenerated or revoked in Teads, the old value no longer authenticates and refreshes stop. To restore refreshes, re-enter the new key in the data source’s connection settings. See How to connect Teads to Adriel for where the key is entered.Related
