3
Submit
Click Submit to complete the connection. Initial data availability can take up to one business day.
What gets imported
Public profile snapshots — follower count, total likes, video count, and verified status — are captured for each monitored handle, alongside per-video performance such as views, likes, comments, shares, duration, and publish timestamp. Values are refreshed daily and stored as snapshots, so historical data accumulates from the date a handle is first added. For the complete metric and breakdown list, see the TikTok Public data reference.Troubleshooting

A monitored creator's data stops updating
The account may have been switched to private or deleted. Once an account is non-public, new snapshots cannot be retrieved. Existing historical data remains queryable.
A monitored creator changed their username

If a monitored TikTok username changes, the data source linked to the old username must be recreated with the new handle.
Refreshes appear delayed or throttled
Refreshes appear delayed or throttled
The platform-managed proxy enforces aggregate usage limits across all customers using the connector. Heavy concurrent load can produce throttling or temporarily stale data. Contact support if throttling is suspected on a large monitoring list.

Public-creator data exposes only what TikTok displays on the public web. Audience demographics, traffic sources, and impression breakdowns require the creator’s own analytics and are available through the TikTok Organic connector for owned accounts.
