Unity Ads is Unity’s user-acquisition platform for mobile games and apps, spanning rewarded video, interstitial, and banner inventory on iOS and Android. Connecting it brings spend, impressions, video engagement, clicks, and installs into Adriel dashboards across the ad account, campaign, ad set, and ad hierarchy, alongside other mobile user-acquisition channels.

Before you connect

The following are required:
  • A Unity Ads account with the Owner role in the organization being connected. Check this under My account settings > Organization.
  • Access to the Unity Ads dashboard to retrieve the organization IDs and API credentials described below.
  • A Service Account and the Management API enabled for the organization. Unity Support enables these on request.

What gets imported

The connector imports spend, impressions, video starts and completions, clicks, and installs at daily granularity across the ad account, campaign, ad set, and ad hierarchy. CTR, completion rate, CPI, CPM, and CPC are derived. Breakdowns include source app, country, platform, and ad format (rewarded video, interstitial, banner). Date ranges are capped at 93 days for daily, 1 year for weekly, and 2 years for monthly. For the complete list of metrics, breakdowns, and limits, see the Unity Ads data reference.

Troubleshooting

Same-day data is refreshed multiple times throughout the day. Metrics may shift between refreshes until the same-day window stabilizes overnight.
Cache-only delivery aggregates daily snapshots, so metrics such as reach can be overvalued across long date ranges. Compare shorter windows for reach-sensitive analysis.
Daily breakdowns are capped at 93 days, weekly at 1 year, and monthly at 2 years. Use weekly or monthly granularity for longer queries.
Unity API keys do not refresh automatically. Generate a replacement key in the Unity Dashboard and re-save the connection with the new value.
