Why is Lead Summary empty when I group by All?

Lead Summary is a per-lead attribute pulled from each lead’s AI analysis, so it only has a value at the individual-lead level. When a widget’s breakdown is set to All, rows are collapsed into a single total and there is no single lead to summarize, so Lead Summary is returned as empty. To see Lead Summary values, group by a lead-level breakdown such as Lead source, Lead type, or Raw Data instead of All.

Why are my country values shown as two-letter codes?

Country values are normalized to ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 codes so that WhatConverts leads aggregate cleanly with other data sources on the same dashboard. For example, the United States appears as US, South Korea as KR, and the United Kingdom as GB. Values that already arrive as valid two-letter uppercase codes pass through unchanged. A value that cannot be matched to a known country is returned as-is, so an unexpected country label usually means the original WhatConverts value did not resolve to a standard code.

Why did my WhatConverts data source disconnect?

WhatConverts authenticates with an API Token and an API Secret. When WhatConverts rejects those credentials, Adriel marks the data source as disconnected rather than continuing to retry with credentials that no longer work. This typically happens when the API Token or API Secret was changed, revoked, or regenerated in WhatConverts. To restore the connection, generate valid credentials in WhatConverts and reconnect the data source with the corrected API Token and API Secret. See How to connect WhatConverts to Adriel.

How do I play call recordings on a dashboard?

Add the Recording field to a table widget. It renders as a playable audio cell, so recordings can be reviewed directly on the dashboard without leaving Adriel. Recordings exist only for phone-call leads, so rows for form, chat, and other lead types show no recording. The raw recording URL is also available separately as the Play recording field.

Why do leads I deleted in WhatConverts still appear?

Adriel caches each lead after it is imported. A lead removed in WhatConverts after import is not sent again on later refreshes, so the previously cached copy can remain visible on dashboards. New leads and edits to existing leads are picked up on the next scheduled refresh. For the refresh schedule and how long data is retained, see the WhatConverts data reference.
