Quick checks
1
Click Refresh data in the dashboard header
Re-runs every widget against the latest source data.
2
Widen the date range
Most ad platforms restate conversions for days after the click. Very recent dates can legitimately be low or empty.
3
Check the platform's own UI for the same date range
Confirms whether the data exists on the source before troubleshooting the connector.

The connector hasn't refreshed yet
The connector hasn't refreshed yet
Cache-based connectors run on fixed schedules — CM360 refreshes around 07:00 KST, LinkedIn Organic at 09:00 KST, Adform once per day around 13:00 KST, and so on. Data written to the platform between refreshes isn’t visible on the dashboard until the next scheduled sync.→ See Refresh strategies for per-platform schedules.
A newly launched campaign has no performance data yet
A newly launched campaign has no performance data yet
A campaign that launched in the last hour or two may have no impressions or clicks reported by the platform yet. Once data lands and the next refresh runs, the campaign appears.
The date range pre-dates what's been cached
The date range pre-dates what's been cached
Most connectors maintain a rolling cache and grow the historical window over time. If a widget’s date range pre-dates that cache, the earlier portion returns empty.A few platform-specific windows to know:
- Teads caches the last 90 days on data-source creation; older data needs a manual backfill.
- Meta ad-level + daily breakdown only supports the last 90 days; for longer ranges, use a monthly breakdown.
- The Creative Image breakdown only supports the last 90 days across all channels.
- Pinterest Organic Page Analytics manual refreshes fail for dates earlier than 90 days because the Pinterest API only exposes 90 days.
- TikTok’s API only allows fetching data 2 months back — historical quarter-over-quarter comparisons cannot be re-verified.
- Mailchimp does not provide date-range-scoped reporting at all; the widget shows cumulative campaign totals regardless of the dashboard date range.

The metric is only refreshed on certain days
Organic connectors refresh on schedule (LinkedIn Organic at 09:00 KST for example) and only the last few days of page-level data get refreshed per run — recent impressions can lag until the next window. Some organic metrics report as lifetime counters (Total Followers, Instagram post data). They can only be observed from the connection date forward; there is no historical backfill.→ See Delta vs lifetime metrics.
An offline connector's file was never delivered
An offline connector's file was never delivered
Innovid and Basis are offline connectors: the customer’s platform pushes a CSV to Adriel’s S3 bucket and Adriel replaces its data with whatever the latest file contains. If a period is empty, either the CSV was never uploaded, or the vendor changed the export template to a narrower scope. Confirm on the vendor side that the file was sent and covers the requested range.

Some fields have been deprecated by the platform. Most
postImpression fields on Facebook Organic, and the Facebook/Instagram Organic v2 Impressions (Delta), Post Impressions (Delta), and Post Impressions (Lifetime) metrics were deprecated by Meta on 2025-11-15 and no longer return data. Some deprecated fields keep their name in Adriel because the metric key is shared with other connectors that still return values.A weekly breakdown returns a full week beyond the filter
A weekly breakdown returns a full week beyond the filter
Weekly breakdowns return the entire week even when the filter selects only some days within it, because some third-party APIs only return weekly-granular data. Switch to a daily breakdown for exact-day totals.
Weekly Breakdown (Start: Sun) is also truncated to 90 days because most platform APIs don’t return the daily granularity needed to compute Sunday-start weeks over a longer window. For a full year, use Weekly Breakdown (Start: Mon) instead.Still stuck?
