Quick fix: switch to the shared workspace
Every account starts with a personal workspace that’s separate from every invited workspace.1
Open the workspace switcher
Click the workspace icon at the bottom of the left sidebar.
2
Pick the shared workspace
Every workspace the account has access to appears in the list. Select the one the invitation referenced.
3
Confirm the data appears
Dashboards, teamspaces, and data sources for the new workspace load on the right.
How workspaces are organized
Knowing the hierarchy helps when the right workspace is open but specific dashboards still aren’t visible.- Workspace — the top-level container. One workspace per organization, separate from every other workspace.
- Teamspace — a section inside a workspace with its own permissions and currency. Members can be restricted to specific teamspaces.
- Folder — organizes dashboards inside a teamspace.
- Dashboard — the actual page of widgets.
If the right workspace is open but data is still missing
The teamspace excludes the member
The teamspace excludes the member
Teamspaces can be set to allow only specific users or teams. If a teamspace doesn’t appear in the sidebar, the workspace admin needs to add the member to the teamspace’s allowed list.→ See Managing members and access.
The invitation hasn't been accepted
The invitation hasn't been accepted
Check the invitation email for an Accept link. Until that’s confirmed, the workspace won’t appear in the switcher.
Data sources are still loading
Data sources are still loading
A workspace with newly connected data sources may not show data for several minutes to several hours, depending on the platform.→ See Refresh strategies.
Still stuck?
Talk to the workspace admin first — they can grant the right teamspace and dashboard access. If they confirm access is correctly granted and data still doesn’t appear, emailsupport@adriel.com.
