Teamspace settings are configured per teamspace from the Teamspace Settings modal. Each teamspace has its own set of these settings — a workspace can have different teamspaces with different data source scopes, member lists, currencies, and number formats. Only workspace Admin members can edit teamspace settings.

Open the Teamspace Settings modal

From the sidebar, open the settings icon for the teamspace to configure. The Teamspace Settings modal opens with five sections: Data sources, Members, Currency, Custom exchange rate settings, and Number format.

Data sources

The Data sources section controls which of the workspace’s connected data sources this teamspace can use. Click Edit data sources to open the picker. Check the data sources — ad accounts, analytics platforms, e-commerce sources, or anything else connected to the workspace — that should be available inside this teamspace. Only data sources selected here appear in the widget picker for any dashboard in the teamspace, and existing widgets can only pull data from these selected data sources. It behaves like a filter over the workspace’s data sources, but functionally it’s a setting — dashboards and widgets in the teamspace only have access to the data sources set here, nothing else in the workspace. Use this to isolate reporting — for example, so a Client A teamspace can never accidentally pull data from a Client B ad account, even though both accounts are connected to the same workspace.

Members

The Members section controls who has access to the teamspace. It lists every team and individual member currently added. Click Edit to open the member picker. From there:
  • Add teams — pick from the workspace’s existing teams. Every member of the team gets access to the teamspace, and any future member added to that team also inherits access automatically. See Managing members → Teams.
  • Add individual members — pick a specific member without going through a team.
  • Remove teams or members — click the remove action on any entry.
Deleting yourself from a teamspace’s Members list removes your access to that teamspace. You won’t be able to see or edit its dashboards afterwards.
The General teamspace is accessible to every workspace member by default.

Currency

The Currency section sets the display currency for the teamspace. Currency-typed metrics — Spend, Revenue, CPA, and so on — render with this currency’s symbol on every dashboard in the teamspace. Pick the currency from the dropdown (KRW, USD, GBP, JPY, EUR, and more). When data sources connected to the teamspace report in a different currency, values are converted for display using either the platform’s exchange rates or the workspace’s configured custom exchange rates.

Custom exchange rate settings

Click Custom exchange rate settings to override the default exchange rates Adriel uses when converting between currencies. Set a fixed rate for a currency pair (for example, 1 KRW = 0.00065 EUR) and every currency conversion in this teamspace uses that rate instead of the platform default. Use custom exchange rates when the business books forex at a specific rate different from the market rate — this keeps Adriel’s reported values consistent with internal finance numbers.

Monthly cadence

Custom exchange rates are set on a monthly basis. Each rate applies to a specific month, and additional months can be added over time. Two shorthand options are also available: Today (the current-day rate) and Past (a fallback rate used for any historical month that doesn’t have a specific override).

How rates are resolved

Adriel resolves the exchange rate for a currency conversion using this priority order:
  1. Teamspace-level rate for that month, if one is set — takes priority over everything else.
  2. Workspace-level rate for that month, if one is set — custom exchange rates can also be configured at the workspace level, and any month without a teamspace-level override falls back to the workspace-level rate.
  3. Public exchange rate for that month, if neither a teamspace-level nor a workspace-level custom rate is set.
This lets a workspace set a workspace-wide custom rate that most teamspaces inherit, while a specific teamspace can override only certain months without maintaining a complete rate history.

Number format

The Number format section picks how numeric values are formatted in the teamspace. Options include:
  • 1,234.56 — comma as thousand separator, dot as decimal (US / UK style).
  • 1.234,56 — dot as thousand separator, comma as decimal (European style).
The format applies to every numeric metric in the teamspace.

Permissions

Only Admin members can open the Teamspace Settings modal and edit any of these settings. Non-Admin members can view the teamspace but can’t change how it’s configured.
