The Small table gives a lightweight view into a specific set of data. It shows exactly one breakdown paired with exactly one metric, in a compact frame that suits focused readouts.

When to use a Small table

For focused readouts on a single dimension crossed with a single metric — for example:
  • Top campaigns by spend for the current week.
  • Sessions by country.
  • Conversions by device.
For multi-metric or multi-breakdown views, use the Ads Table or Generic Table.

Main distinction — one breakdown, one metric

The Small table is not a scaled-down version of a full-size table. It has a fundamentally different configuration:
  • Exactly one breakdown. No multi-level row hierarchy.
  • Exactly one metric. No multi-column layout.
  • No column controls — no sort dropdown, no in-cell bar graph, no conditional formatting, no remove-column action.
  • No total row, no switch rows/columns — those settings don’t apply.
The Small table’s simplicity is the point: a single dimension, a single metric, a small footprint.

Configure a Small table

Mandatory fields

1

Pick a data source

In the Data sources section, select the data source to include.
2

Pick one breakdown

Add exactly one breakdown from the picker — for example, Campaign, Country, or Device.
3

Pick one metric

Add exactly one metric — for example, Spend, Sessions, or Conversions.
Widget changes save automatically when the settings panel closes. Persist changes to the dashboard by clicking Save dashboard.

Optional fields

  • Widget filter — filter this widget’s data without changing dashboard-wide filters. See Filters.
  • Period — override the dashboard’s date range for this widget only. See Date ranges.
  • Hide metric value — hide rows whose values fall at or below configurable thresholds. See the Hide metric value section.

Hide metric value

Hide metric value removes rows whose values reach a configured threshold. It behaves the same as on the Ads Table. Two ways to configure:
  • Preset (Hide: Value = 0) — enable the checkbox next to any of three metrics (Ad Spend, Impressions, Link Clicks) to hide rows with a value of 0 for that metric.
  • Custom thresholds — pick a metric (Ad Spend, Impressions, or Link Clicks), choose a comparison operator (default ), and enter a value. Rows matching the condition are hidden.
Both blocks can be combined.

Row limits

Small tables use the same row-limit rules as other widgets — the visible row count depends on the breakdown selected. Rows beyond the limit fold into an Others row so the widget’s totals still reconcile.

Widget styling

Global widget style settings — font, border, background, and color themes — apply to every widget through the Dashboard style settings. On top of those, Small table widgets have style options unique to this widget type:
  • Data font — HEX color used for cell values.
  • Small table header — border color and weight, font color (HEX), and background color (HEX) for the header row.
  • Date display format — how each date breakdown renders. Each breakdown level (Daily, Weekly Mon-start, Weekly Sun-start, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly) has its own format picker.

Troubleshooting

Confirm the selected breakdown and metric produce values in the current date range. See Data not loading.
A Small table shows exactly one metric. For multiple metrics side by side, use a Generic Table or Ads Table.
